She Turned Her Favorite Pet Photo Into a Custom Puzzle—Here’s What She Thought

A friend recommended Timbermaze to one of our customers after having a good experience with the print quality and delivery. She decided to use a favorite photo of her dachshund surrounded by bright tulips and turn it into a custom wooden puzzle.

We followed up after she completed it.

Timbermaze: How did you first hear about us?

Customer:
A friend told me about Timbermaze. She said the print quality was clear, the wooden pieces felt sturdy, and her order arrived quickly. I had been thinking about making something special from one of my pet photos, so I decided to give it a try.

Timbermaze: Why did you choose this photo?

Customer:
It is one of my favorite pictures of my dachshund. I love the bright tulips and the way my dog stands out in the middle of all the color. It is not a professional photo, but it captures a real memory, which made it feel more personal.

Timbermaze: What did you think when the order arrived?

Customer:
The package arrived sooner than I expected and everything was well protected. The colors looked bright and natural, and the details in the flowers and my dog’s fur were easy to see. The wooden pieces also felt smooth and durable.

Timbermaze: What was it like to put together?

Customer:
It was more challenging than I expected because many of the flowers had similar colors, but that made it more enjoyable. I worked on it over a few quiet evenings, and it was nice to step away from my phone and focus on something relaxing.

My favorite part was watching my dog’s face slowly appear as more pieces came together.

Timbermaze: Would you make another custom puzzle?

Customer:
Yes. I liked that it was both something fun to do and something personal to keep. Now that it is finished, I am still deciding whether to take it apart and do it again or frame it.

What started as a friend’s recommendation became a simple way to enjoy one of my favorite memories in a different form. It did not feel like just another puzzle. It felt familiar, personal, and worth keeping.

A Memory Worth Keeping

For this customer, the puzzle became more than a weekend activity. It gave her a new way to spend time with a photo she already loved.

Some memories stay on our phones. Others become something we can hold, complete, and return to again.

This one became a puzzle worth keeping.
